From: basia szlachta Subject: FW: A little Polish girl needs help. Date: Saturday, January 15, 2011, 10:49 AM A little Polish girl needs help. It's a real blessing that most of our families have started the of the New Year in good health. However, when one in our family is having serious trouble, it affects the rest of us. One child, a girl, from our Polish School in Walnut Creek, California, is having a major health problem. So far, the good news is that it is not a cancer; but as of now, her doctors have not been able to make the diagnosis. Zosia is under the care of wonderful doctors at the Children Hospital in Oakland, and UCSF. A bank account has been established at Polam Federal Credit Union (ph# 925-609-8500) to help with the medical bills, which of course, are arising rapidly. Should any of you wish to make a tax deductible contribution please mail the contribution to: Polam Federal Credit Union, 1010 Oak Grove Road, Concord CA 94518 Checks should be payable to: Help to Poland and on the memo line: Zosia. The Bank will forward the money directly to the hospitals, excess of funds (if there will be any) will go to the family. Prayers are deeply appreciated as well. Zosia and, her family, will greatly appreciate your help. Please share this with your friends. Thank you very much. Basia Szlachta
